How To Live
In The Divine Will

How does one use the gift of God’s Will to operate with it as one lives on earth? Living on earth with the use of God’s Will is the ultimate Gift that God wants to give us.

We can receive this Gift by...

1) Realizing our own nothingness.

2) Learning (knowledge) about this greatest of all gifts.

Jesus tells Luisa, “All My Saints have lived in the shadow of My Will or in the reflection of Its light. Some submitted to its power while others to the order of its commands, as there is no sanctity without My Will. Nevertheless, of My Will they possessed the little they have known and no more, because only when a good is known does one then long for it and arrive at possessing it.” (Book of Heaven, Volume 19, July 1, 1926)

3) Desiring with all our heart to live with Only One Will - God’s Divine Will.

When Jesus knows we truly want to live with His Divine Will, He will do the work for us. “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you besides.” (Matt. 6:33 and Luke 12)

Jesus said to Luisa, “My daughter, the easiest means in order to hasten the coming of My Will upon earth is knowledges about it.” (Volume 20, Jan. 1, 1927)

“Now, you must know that to enter into My “Fiat”, the essential thing is to want to do so - to constantly yearn to live in It. The second thing is to take the 1st step, and once the creature has taken it, My Divine Will surrounds her with light and with such an allure that she loses the desire to do her own will.” (Volume 36, May 6, 1938)

“Living in the Divine Will does not require either a change of state or of action but of your will. In the Divine hands the soul loses its weakness, its miseries, and all its evils. Life in God’s Divine Will grows according to what we know of It. One cannot possess a good if it is not known; as It is known so does It enlarge our capacity and take Its royal place in us.” (Fr.Pablo Martin, I Bring you Tidings of Great Joy, p.49.)

The way the soul must be with Jesus.

Luisa wrote “Having received Communion, I was saying: ‘Lord, keep me always clasped to You, for I am too little, and if You do not keep me clasped, because I am little, I may get lost.’ And He: "I want to teach you the way you must be with Me: first, you must enter into Me, transform yourself in Me, and take what you find in Me. Second, once you have filled yourself completely with Me, go out and operate together with Me, as if you and I were one single thing, in such a way that if I move, you move as well; if I think, you think of the same thing of which I am thinking – in sum, whatever I do, you do as well. Third, with these acts that we have done together, move away from Me for one instant, and go into the midst of creatures, giving to all and to each one everything we have done together – that is, giving my divine life to each one, and then quickly returning into Me to give Me, in the name of all, all the glory that they should give Me, praying, excusing them, repairing, loving…” (Volume 8, Feb. 9, 1908)

In A Nutshell

We desire it and Jesus does all the work. It is grace and our corresponding to grace that creates the transformation - so we “put on Christ” as Saint Paul says. As we seek to be receptive to the transformative work of becoming other “Christs” we must always be faithful and attentive, because when we become distracted, we start losing acts in the Divine Will.

“This is why, my daughter, my Divine Will wants to make Itself known, It wants to form Its kingdom - because these children belonging to It will love voluntarily within and of its light; they will remain with their mouths open to receive Its kisses, Its embraces and Its affections, in order to form Its Divine Life in them. Then, yes will the prodigies that my Volition knows how to do and can do be seen. Everything will be transformed, and the earth will become Heaven.” (Volume 26, June 9, 1929)

Are you new to Living In The Divine Will?

Jesus said, “So that they may be one, as your Father and I are one. So that the world may believe that you sent me.” (John 17:21)

Saint Paul says that in Jesus we become the “very holiness of God.” (1 Cor. 5:21) “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, so that you might discern what is the Will of God, that which is good and pleasing and perfect.” (Romans 12:2)

“As you grow closer and closer to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, They will enjoy you more and you will enjoy Them. This mutual love and enjoyment was the whole purpose of creation. Nothing in the world can rival intimacy with God. Your conversations with Them throughout the day will be your secret delight, your Heaven on earth.
